1. I can't see the size or colour I need, does that mean you don't stock it?
We have selected items that we believe dancers will like. However, there are so many combinations of colours, styles and sizes, that it is impossible for us to stock them all.
If you would like an item in a different size, style or colour, please use the contact us page to submit your request and we will do our best to help.
2. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. Please select shipping type at checkout.
3. Where is my order?
We ship using Royal Mail 1st class post and most items will arrive within 1-2 working days. Occasionally delivery takes longer than this, so if you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us.
4. Can I make changes to my order on-line?
Sorry but we don’t have the facility for you to amend your order on-line. However, if you need to make a change, please use the “Contact” page to submit your request and we will do our best to amend your order prior to dispatch.
5. How do I pay for my order?

6. What is your Returns Policy?
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. They must be unworn, tags attached and in a clean re-saleable condition. An address label is included with your order for your convenience. Please return to:

For reasons of hygiene, undergarments cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For reasons of safety, pointe shoes cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please ensure you know your exact size prior to ordering. We always recommend a pointe shoe fitting in store to ensure a perfect fit.
